FAQ – Frequently Asked Questions

Suites@Madison offers office space and meeting rooms to suit your needs. Members may choose from a private office, a designated desk in a shared work space, on-demand work stations for daily or irregular office use and exclusive conference room-use memberships. We also offer hourly and daily conference and meeting room space to the public as well as virtual office services.

All Suites@Madison members are entitled to:

  • 24-hour, secured access
  • Internet Access
  • Print, Scan & Fax services

The building features on-site, covered parking. Parking is available at hourly, daily and monthly rates. Monthly parking registrations may be filled out with building management, 8th floor, Ste. 816. The parking entrance faces Florida Ave.

All of our private office suites come furnished with desks, chairs, guest-seating and lockable filing cabinets.

Suites@Madison features several security measures to ensure the safety and privacy of our members. Members are provided an access code to the common area and designated desks and private offices include lockable storage and filing cabinets. Private offices also feature locking doors. A building key and elevator code is needed to access the suites after-hours. The building also features security cameras and an on-site, roaming security guard.
