While we do require a minimum 2 hr rental for desks (meaning you pay $80), you’ll actually have access to our space and resources for the rest of the day. That means you can pretty much come and go as you please throughout the day. Other spaces will restrict access to shared amenities to only the hours that you reserve, not us! We want you to get the most out of your work day.

Community-feel, Professional Services

Our desks are situated in our our spacious common area, with access to all the amenities and services you need:

• Spread out at our roomy, 4′ x 2′ desks
• Stretch your legs and grab some community coffee in our common area
• Make phone calls in privacy and comfort in our dedicated call booths

Plus – depending on availability – you can even upgrade to your own private office for the day! This closed-door privilege is open to all desk-by-the-hour users if a private office is available during your rental period.

Parking Included

If you’ve ever worked in downtown Tampa before, you know parking can be a major issue. Most shared work spaces don’t offer on-site parking as part of their rates, meaning you’re likely going to spend $15 somewhere to leave your car for the day.
